Safari 12 is not compatible with Banner. If you upgrade to Safari 12, you will no longer be able to access Banner directly from your desktop. You will instead need to use our remote desktop application (remotedesktop.sou.edu) to access Banner. If you need help getting started with Remote Desktop, please contact your IT Coordinator.
When we upgrade to Banner 9 at the end of the calendar year, this will no longer be an issue.
