Employees using a SOU-issued Apple computer should always consult with their Computing Coordinator prior to upgrading to new major release of macOS , such as when upgrading from macOS 12 Monterey to macOS 13 Ventura. New major macOS releases sometimes introduce issues or affect compatibility with applications you need to do your work. Your Computing Coordinator will know about any issues related to that version of macOS and can help guide you through them or make an informed recommendation to hold off on upgrading to that version of macOS until further notice.
