Converting a non-LDAP managed account into a LDAP managed voicemail account
- From the Identification page, change the Groups to "ldap_imports"
- Select the "LDAP managed" check box
- Click on the Contact Information tab on the left
- Set the IM Account to the user's username
- Click on the Domain tab
- Set the Domain to "home.ad1.sou.edu"
