Converting a non-LDAP managed account into a LDAP managed voicemail account

  1. From the Identification page, change the Groups to "ldap_imports"
  2. Select the "LDAP managed" check box
  3. Click on the Contact Information tab on the left
  4. Set the IM Account to the user's username
  5. Click on the Domain tab
  6. Set the Domain to "home.ad1.sou.edu"
