SOU logos, including the SOU seal and Raiders logos, are available for download in a variety of formats.

SOU Logo Naming System
HZ = Horizontal
VT = Vertical
186 = Pantone Red
BLK = Black and White
CMY = CMYK file
POS = Positive (on white)
REV = Reversed (on black)
REV RED = Logo reverses out of red background

File Purposes:
EPS: Vector Graphic, resolution-independent. Use these files for ALL print projects unless vendors specify otherwise.
JPEG: On-screen only. Resolution-dependent. Enlarging will degrade image quality.
TIFF: Use only when specifically requested.
PDF: For viewing on multiple platforms.
PNG: Screen use only. Resolution dependent. PNG supports transparency, whereas JPEG does not.

EPS and .AI files will not be usable unless you have Adobe Illustrator or a similar vector graphics editor.
For web use, JPEG (.JPG) files will usually be sufficient. Keep in mind that raster format images (JPG, TIFF, PNG) should not be enlarged as they will quickly lose quality. Vector images (.EPS, .AI) can be resized, but only via vector editing software such as Adobe Illustrator.
