How to Authenticate in the Zoom App

This article will show you how to authenticate when launching the Zoom app on your computer for the first time.

 

Step 1 - Sign In with SSO

 

Launch the Zoom app and then click the button that says "Sign In with SSO."

Step 2 - Enter Company Domain

 

On the next screen, type "sou" into the text field so that it reads sou.zoom.us, then click Continue.

Step 3 - Enter Your SOU Credentials (if prompted)

 

When you click Continue in the previous step, Zoom should launch a new tab in your default web browser in an attempt to authenticate you. If you are already signed in to InsideSOU, you should be passed through and logged in without having to do anything. If you are not already signed in, you will be directed to our InsideSOU Login Services page which should be quite familiar to you. Enter your SOU credentials and log in as usual, then Zoom should finish logging you in to their service.
