Student accounts are deactivated one year after a student graduates or leaves SOU. However, any outstanding bills may still need to be paid. Former students who have outstanding balances will still be eligible for an account only for the purpose of making payments on this bill. This article explains how former students can make a payment through this account.

Navigating to Cashnet

  • Current or former students can use this link, (or use the Banner Self-Service - Pay your Bill app in your Okta Dashboard, shown below) to get to your payment portal. For asssistance in accessing your account, please call the IT Help Desk at (541) 552-6900 so we can assist with getting you into your account. To see our current hours, please visit https://it.sou.edu/need-it-assistance/.

  • If you are unable to locate this app on your Okta Dashboard, then you will have to add the app. This can be done by clicking the Add apps link on the left-hand menu of your Okta Dashboard, then by searching the app catalogue for Banner Self-Service - Pay your Bill. Click the Add button next to the app.

  • Once the app is successfully added to your dashboard, it can be accessed through your Okta dashboard by clicking the My Apps link on the left-hand menu.
