Student accounts are deactivated one year after a student graduates or leaves SOU. However, any outstanding bills may still need to be paid. This article explains how former students can make a payment through the SOU Former Student Portal.

If you are a student with a current SOU account then you can use this link, (or use the Banner Self-Service - Pay your Bill app in your Okta dashboard,) to get to your payment portal.
Signing into the Former Student Menu.

To gain access to payment information one must first go through the former student portal located on the Inside SOU page.

Then scroll down until you find the Former Students & Employees subsection.

Click on the Former Students & ASC Faculty Sign-in.

Sign in using your former student credentials.
Note
You will be brought to a page to sign in. It will ask for your User ID and PIN. If you have any trouble, then please call the SOU IT Helpdesk at 541-552-6900.
Navigating to Cashnet

Ensure that you are under the Former Students tab.

Click on the Student button.

Select the Student Account option.

Then select the Make a Payment option.
Paying through Cashnet

Once on the Cashnet site, select the Make a Payment option on the side bar menu.

Type in the amount you want to pay.

Select your payment type

Before you pay, you will be able to review the details. Select Pay (and the amount you listed to complete the transaction.)
