Students: Can't Access Moodle

Users sometimes experience problems accessing Moodle through InsideSOU. If you are unable to get into Moodle by clicking on its icon in InsideSOU, go directly to https://moodle.sou.edu (note: no www in this address) and log in with your SOU username and password. You'll find the log-in fields on the right side of your screen.

If you are unable to log in to Moodle and receive an error message indicating that "You seem to be Shibboleth authenticated but Moodle didn't receive any user attributes," please see this article to update your password. If you are still unable to log in, submit a ticket to https://support.sou.edu for assistance.
