Users sometimes experience problems accessing Moodle through My SOU. If you are unable to get into Moodle by clicking on its icon in My SOU, there are two other ways to get in:
- Go directly to https://moodle.sou.edu (note: no www in this address), or
- Follow the link for Moodle at http://www.sou.edu/anywhere.
In both cases, log in with your SOU username and password. You'll find the log-in fields in the upper left corner of your screen.
If you are unable to log in to Moodle and receive an error message indicating that "You seem to be Shibboleth authenticated but Moodle didn't receive any user attributes," please see this article to update your password. If you are still unable to log in, submit a ticket to https://support.sou.edu for assistance.
