Safari 12 is not compatible with Banner.  If you upgrade to Safari 12, you will no longer be able to access Banner directly from your desktop.  You will instead need to use our remote desktop application ( to access Banner.  If you need help getting started with Remote Desktop, please contact your IT Coordinator.

When we upgrade to Banner 9 at the end of the calendar year, this will no longer be an issue.

  • Banner:  Every Saturday from 2:30pm-3:30am & the first Saturday of the month from 6:00am-12midmight.  
  • Banner Self-Service (SISWeb): Every Saturday from 2:30am-3:30am & the first Saturday of the month from 6:00am-12midnight.  
  • Banner Operational Data Store (ODS): Every Monday from 8:00pm-10:30pm.  
  • Cognos/ODS/EDW/I*Reports: Every Sunday from 5:00am-9:00am.  
  • I*Reports: Every Saturday from 10:00pm-10:30pm.  
  • Campus Network-Infrastructure: Second or Third Wednesday of every month from 2:00am-5:00am. Second Sunday of every month from 4:00am-8:00am. Every Sunday from 4:00am-6:00am.
