SOU will be doing Banner and Banner Self-Service software upgrades from 6:00pm 8/2/2025 to 7:00am 8/3/2025.  The following systems will be unavailable during that time:

• Banner Admin

• Banner Self-Service (admission applications, registration, student profile, grade entry, etc.)

• Banner Operational Data Store (ODS)

• Cognos

• Cognos Finance Reports (Workday reports will remain available)

• I*Reports
