SOU will be doing Banner and Banner Self-Service software upgrades from 7:00pm 8/22/2026 to 5:00am 8/23/2026. The following systems will be unavailable during that time:
Banner Admin
Banner Self-Service (Summer 2026 registration, student profile, grade entry, etc.)
Banner Operational Data Store (ODS)
Cognos
Cognos Finance Reports (Workday reports will remain available)
I*Reports
Workday will remain available. If you encounter any issues after the maintenance, please report to banner-support@sou.edu.
