SOU will be doing Banner and Banner Self-Service software upgrades from  9:00pm 7/27/2024  to  6:00am 7/28/2024  .  The following systems will be unavailable during that time:

• Banner Admin

• Banner Self-Service (registration, student profile, grade entry, etc.)

• Banner Operational Data Store (ODS)

• Cognos

• Cognos Finance Reports (Workday reports will remain available)

• I*Reports

No major functionality changes are expected from the upgrades.  If you encounter any issues after the maintenance, please report to banner-support@sou.edu.
